The resistance of  Johannes and Marinus Post

Johannes Post, a famer and alderman from the village, started the resistance movement in Nieuwlande. After building a network of hiding places Johannes and his wife had to go into hiding themselves.

While in hiding Johannes met up with his brother Marinus and together they set up an armed resistance group. These two national resistance hero’s and their families had to pay a high price for their dedication.
